Tutoring is delivered by SEND teachers, SENCOs, and SEND TAs, available both online and in person suitable for children with all abilities, with a child-led hollistic approach, individual education plans are curated and EHCP targets will be pursued.

EOTAS Support
Comprehensive educational and healthcare support aligned with EHCP requirements, uniting care and education needs through tutors, TA’s, nurses and HCA’s through one service provider, establishing a uniform support package and continuity in care

Ad-hoc sitting
Short-term childcare for children with SEND and medical complexities, provided by experienced and medically trained professionals which provides a safe ad-hoc solution to support both parents and childrens needs. A great short-term solution to cover parents ad-hoc child free plans.

SEND Nannys
Full, part-time, after-school and international nannying* by specialist SEND nannies for daily or specialised family needs. This service offers a streamlined integration into the family, caters for more then one child and supports the family and home needs.

Care Services
Carer/PA services support children and young people with both physical and neurological needs. An option for those solely needing a carer/PA however this option also supports the EOTAS packages. Wether support is needed within the home, the community, throughout the day or for night shifts only this service is available 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.

Consultant Services
Respite services are provided by registered nurses and healthcare assistants in the comfort of the child or young persons own home; this can be adjuested to being in the community. This service is provided by 2 or more professionals depending on need.
This service is provided 24 hours per day, 364 days per year.

How does payment work?
We believe transparency is fundamental in building positive relationships with our service users and providers which is why we have detailed our payment system below.
With our Helping Hands being self-employed, services are payable via invoice following completed services, this will be generated by your chosen Helping Hand and issued by them, to you, on the last Friday of each month, with payment required within 7 days. Admin fees of 12% of the invoice total are applicable to each invoice and are payable to SEND Helping Hands directly, invoices for admin fees will be sent to you, directly from SEND Helping Hands, directly following the services invoice at the end of each month.
Full time contracted services such as nannying are payable via agreement with your chosen Helping Hand. Contracted services incur a single fee of 12% off the gross annual salary.
Full EOTAS packages are often funded via the Local Authority with which SEND Helping Hands will consult with yourself and your chosen Helping Hand and agree a payment system that works for all.
Consultancy services are priced upon application.
