We’ve had such a positive experience with SEND Helping Hands. From the moment we started the process, we felt listened to and supported. Our specialist nanny has been an incredible addition to our family – she understands our child’s needs and routines so well, and her calm, caring approach has made a real difference to our daily life.
I would absolutely recommend SEND Helping Hands to any parent.
We have used the ad-hoc sitting service to enable my wife and I to have a date night which hasn’t existed since Toby was born! We’ve used them a few times and were really impressed with how smooth everything was. Each sitter we’ve had has been professional, kind, and clearly experienced in working with children with additional needs. It’s such a relief knowing we can access flexible specialised care to suit our needs.
