How Do I Book a Helping Hand?

Is there help in selecting my Helping Hand?
Absolutely! After careful selection we introducde suitable Helping Hands to each parent/caregiver based on the childs needs and our Helping Hands qualifications. We recommend interviewing and including your child in this for a seamless transition into your family.
Can I book more then one Helping Hand?
Absolutely! Many of our EOTAS and care packages are made up of combination of Helping Hands. Education and Medical professionals work together seamlessly as well as HCA’s and Nurses working 2:1+
How Are Payments Handled?
Typically, service fees are paid directly to the Helping Hand after service, a 15% admin fee is paid to SENDHH directly after service. This may be subject to change per agreement as we can appreciate differences in funding cycles.
Can I meet my Helping Hand beforehand?
Yes! We recommend meeting with the selection of Helping Hands introduced to you and finding your perfect match! This may not be possible for last minute care or sitting services however any Helping Hand provided to you will be qualified to accomodate the childs and families needs.
Can I mix long and short term bookings?
Yes, our Helping Hands are all self-employed meaning you are hiring the service provider and their services on a contractual basis that you design. This can change month by month as well as per service, depending on your needs.
Can I Cancel a Booking?
Yes, cancellations are allowed with no charge 24 hours prior, we endeavour to offer flexibility where possible. Please review our cancellation policy for terms and possible fees.

Who do I contact if there is an issue?
We pride ourselves in supporting our families through every step of the process. We encourage parent/carers to resolve arrangements direcrtly with their Helping Hands, however, in the rare case of staff sickness for example we endeavour to replace this service immediately.
