Ad-Hoc Sitting
Fast access to flexible, short-term childcare specialising in care for SEND and medically complex children, provided by experienced SEND and medically trained professionals.
Medical & SEND Nannys
Full and part-time nannying/mothers help/maternity nurse/holiday nanny* services, provided by nannies and childcare professionals who specialise in supporting SEND and complex medical needs.
Respite Services

Our services are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
All Helping Hands are experts in their field, fully vetted and insured, we encourage our Helping Hands to be Ofsted registered, allowing caregivers to access our services through government backed childcare initiatives.
